You may return your item within 7 working days after delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

Items that cannot be returned include:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
  • Intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Gift cards, downloadable software, and certain health & personal care items

 

The Services are not designed to comply with industry-specific regulations (such as the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), the Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA), etc.). If your interactions are subject to such laws, you may not use the Services. Likewise, you may not use the Services in any manner that would violate the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA).

To process a return, a valid receipt or proof of purchase is strictly required. Items returned without proper documentation may not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Please note that all returns must be sent directly to Joyzora; purchases should not be sent back to the manufacturer.

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be approved at our discretion, including (but not limited to) the following:

  • Items returned that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts (for reasons not attributable to our error).
  • Return requests submitted after the 7 working day return window has expired.

 

Please note that the amount of the partial refund will be determined based on the condition of the returned item and any associated costs incurred.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 7–14 working days for the refund to appear in your account.

Rejected Refunds: If your return does not meet the eligibility requirements, the item will be sent back to you at your expense.

Deductions: Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and any return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund (unless the return is due to our error).

If you have not received your refund, we recommend taking the following steps:

  1. Review your bank account statement to confirm whether the refund has been posted.
  2. Contact your credit card provider, as it may take additional time before your refund is officially reflected.
  3. Reach out to your bank, since processing times can vary depending on the institution.

Only items purchased at the regular listed price are eligible for a refund. Sale, discounted, promotional, or clearance items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

We only offer exchanges for items that are received in a defective or damaged condition.

Please note that exchange approval is subject to inspection, and items must be returned in their original packaging.

If an item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once the return is received and approved, a gift certificate will be issued to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the order was shipped to the original purchaser, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for covering their own return shipping expenses. These costs are non-refundable.

Refund Deductions: If your refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount (unless the return is due to our error).

High-Value Items: For higher-value items, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without proof of delivery.

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement, provided that they have not yet been packed or shipped.

Once an order has entered the packaging or shipping process, it can no longer be canceled or refunded.

To qualify, you must notify us within 3 working days of delivery and provide clear proof of the damage (such as photos of the item and packaging). Once verified, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

  • If the order does not arrive due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.

 

  • If the order does not arrive within the 30-day guaranteed delivery window due to customs delays, courier issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
